Programs of Study In Economics

There are three programs of study in Economics, each leading to a B.S. degree in Economics.  The three options are Economics without a concentration, Economics with a Business concentration, and Economics with a Finance concentration.

The no concentration option is designed to allow a student to take a full range of Economics courses.  The program allows for the completion of a variety of minors or a double major within the four year time frame.

The Business concentration is designed for a student who is interested in a career in Business.  The program allows for the completion of a double major with Business Administration within the four year time frame.

The Finance concentration is designed for a student who is interested in a career in Banking and Finance. Think about adding an accounting or marketing minor to the mix.

The table below shows the three options and the courses required for each.
